Zakeke generates a separate print file for each customizable area of your product. By default, Zakeke generates the print-ready files in the four formats (PDF, PNG, SVG and DXF) at 300 DPI. You can change those settings by creating your own Printing Method. If needed, you can get the print-ready files as mirrored files. You have three options: Horizontal, Vertical or both together. Also, you can let Zakeke automatically replace one or more colors in your designs’ print-ready file/s when found not compatible with your printing process.
In addition to the monthly usage fee – Zakeke charges a transaction fee on each customized product sold by the merchant. This doesn’t apply to the Starter Plan.
Regardless of the sale price of the product, the fee has a price floor of $ 0.05 and a cap value of $ 15.00. See examples here below:
– Example for the price floor of 0,05: you’ve a product priced $ 0.55. By applying the 1,9% transaction fee, the value to pay to Zakeke would be $ 0.01. In this case, Zakeke applies the price floor of 0.05.
– Example for the cap of 15,00: you’ve a product priced $ 3,000. By applying the 1,9% transaction fee, the value to pay to Zakeke would be $ 57.00. In this case, Zakeke applies the cap value of 15.00.
