NFT-Enhanced Products Terms and Conditions

1. When you checkout and complete your purchase, the NFT will be minted and associated with the product. You will receive a notification via email when the NFT has been successfully minted. The notification will include a link to open the NFT in the NFT viewer.
   
   
2. You acknowledge and agree that the associated NFT is minted on the Polygon blockchain via Futurenext Srl (Zakeke).
   
   
3. You authorize the processing of any images or other assets uploaded or provided by you to generate the product along with the NFT. You further acknowledge and agree that the NFT-product will be publicly visible and can’t be deleted.
   
   
4. You agree to provide a valid email address to receive a notification when the NFT has been successfully minted. You also authorize Futurenext Srl to receive and store your email address solely for the purpose of notifying you when the NFT has been minted and providing you with a link to open the NFT in the NFT viewer. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose.
   
   
5. You understand and accept that the NFT may be stored on a third-party platform, and that the terms and conditions of that platform may also apply.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and understand the terms, and agree to be bound by them.
