Product-specific Welcome Messages
Say hello to a very much expected improvement inside Messages and Alerts, the new product-specific welcome message! This custom message will be displayed when customers open the customizer and can be tailored specifically to one or more products. Keep in mind that if both a product-specific and a general welcome message exist, the product-specific message will take priority. You’re welcome guys!

Get a Quote – New email notifications
The Get a Quote tool automatically add a ‘Get a quote’ button to your customizer to let your customers send you requests for quotations instead of buying the product directly.
Now you can also send quote emails to customers and notify you upon acceptance or rejection to stay always updated on your quote interactions effortlessly.
Quote Email Notifications allows you to receive alerts when a new quote request arrives, automate the delivery of quotes to your customers, and get notified upon approval or rejection. This new feature will replace the old “staff emails” feature, improving your daily work and bringing more and more automation to your workflows. Someone said automation? Yesssir!
Side Rotation in UI
“You spin my product side round round..it’s so easy when you do it in Zakeke”..
This feature to allow end customers to rotate the product within the UI canvas. Rotation occurs in 90° increments, and the 3D model, if applicable, will automatically adapt to the chosen orientation.
This major improvement is ideal for customizable products in both vertical and horizontal formats based on the end customer’s preference, like canvases.
